  • Delivery typically arrives within 7–14 working days after dispatch

Important notes:

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier handling

  • Some items may arrive in separate parcels if shipped from different suppliers

  • Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Express / Priority Items (Where Available)

Some selected products may qualify for faster processing or priority handling.

  • Orders placed before cut-off time (typically 2–3 PM UK time) are processed the same or next working day

  • Orders placed after cut-off are processed on the next working day

  • Delivery time is still subject to courier schedules and destination country

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items:

  • Products may be shipped from different warehouses

  • You may receive separate tracking numbers

  • Parcels can arrive on different dates

This is completely normal for international sourcing and global fulfilment.
